We aim to create a positive, safe, and enjoyable space for everyone. Our Community Guidelines help ensure that our platform fosters respect, kindness, and meaningful connections. By using our app, you agree to follow these guidelines and encourage others to do the same.

1. Be Respectful and Kind

Respect is at the heart of our community. Always treat others with kindness, even in disagreement. Discriminatory, hateful, or abusive behavior, including harassment, bullying, or threats, will not be tolerated.

• Avoid hate speech or incitement to violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Personal attacks, harassment, or demeaning language are strictly prohibited.

2. Protect Your Privacy and Others' Privacy

Your privacy matters, and so does everyone else's. Do not share or post sensitive personal information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, financial details) without explicit consent. Respect other's right to control their own personal information.

• Do not impersonate or misrepresent others or their content.
• Avoid sharing private conversations without consent.

3. No Spam or Misleading Content

We encourage meaningful connections and real engagement, so refrain from spamming or distributing misleading content.

• Avoid posting repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content, including excessive self-promotion or commercial advertising.
• Do not manipulate engagement metrics (e.g., likes, follows) or spread false information.

4. Keep It Safe

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. Content that promotes harm, illegal activities, or endangers the safety of others is strictly forbidden.

• Do not post or share content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, illegal drug use, or criminal behavior.
• Ensure all content complies with local laws and regulations.

Protection of Minors: ReelTube strictly prohibits content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material. Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal of offending content, account suspension, and, where necessary, reports to relevant authorities.

5. Adult Content and Nudity

To maintain a welcoming environment for users of all ages, explicit content is not allowed.

• Do not post or share pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Nudity and graphic content, unless shared in an artistic, educational, or informative context, are prohibited.

6. Protect Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights, and you should, too. Only post content that you own or have the right to share.

• Do not post content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Always credit and obtain permission when using other people's content.

7. Authentic Interactions

Be yourself! Authenticity is valued, and using fake accounts, bots, or deceptive methods to increase interactions is not allowed.

• Avoid creating multiple accounts to mislead, harass, or manipulate engagement.
• Only use your real identity or a legitimate alias that you control.

8. Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help maintain these guidelines. If you see something inappropriate, report it to us. Our team will review reports and take action where necessary.

• Report posts, comments, or users that violate these guidelines using the in-app reporting tool.
• False reports made in bad faith will not be tolerated and may result in action taken against the reporting user.

If you encounter content that appears to exploit or endanger minors, please report it immediately using our in-app reporting tool. We take all reports of child safety concerns seriously and will act promptly to investigate and remove any harmful material.

9. Consequences of Violating These Guidelines

Violating these guidelines may result in action being taken against your account. We strive to be fair, but to protect the community, we reserve the right to:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend or remove your account.
• Remove or block content that violates these guidelines.
• Restrict your ability to use certain features of the app.

ReelTube reserves the right to report any confirmed CSAE content or user activity to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or applicable regional agencies.
